3.2 Residency and Jurisdictional Restrictions

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. gc777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate any associated balances, and permanently ban any Player found to have created multiple accounts. 3.4 Account Registration Requirements

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. gc777 reserves the right to refuse deposits from third-party payment sources. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods. Deposits are credited to your gc777 Wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must meet the minimum amount of ₱100. All withdrawals are subject to completion of gc777's KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending completion of identity verification. gc777 does not charge platform fees on standard GCash and Maya withdrawals. Processing times are typically under five (5) minutes for GCash and Maya; bank transfers may require up to one (1) business day.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

gc777 is obligated to comply with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR AML requirements. gc777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for large deposits or withdrawals, to delay processing of suspicious transactions pending investigation, and to report any suspicious transaction activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines as required by law.

5.4 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Any attempt to initiate an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider in relation to a gc777 deposit is a material breach of these Terms. gc777 reserves the right to suspend your account, withhold all associated balances, and pursue legal remedies available under Philippine law in the event of a fraudulent chargeback.

No other use of gc777's intellectual property is permitted without prior written authorization. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any gc777 Platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gc777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the gc777 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings beyond those directly attributable to a verified gc777 technical fault, loss of data, or interruption of service.

gc777's total liability to any Player in connection with a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the real-money balance held in the Player's gc777 Wallet at the time the relevant claim arose. gc777 does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gc777's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

gc777 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or security vulnerabilities beyond those which gc777 takes reasonable commercial steps to address. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to Players in advance where practicable.

PAGCOR's determination on any escalated complaint involving a PAGCOR-regulated gaming operator is final and binding on all parties.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the laws and regulations of PAGCOR as they apply to online gaming operators licensed to serve Philippine players. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR's administrative process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
